This Cookie Policy explains how ARK TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://lovspark.ai ("Website"). What are cookies?

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, ARK TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED) are called "first-party cookies." Why do we use cookies?

We use first- and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Website to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies enable functionality such as payment processing, content delivery security, and aggregated analytics that help us understand how the Website is used and how it can be improved.

LOVSPARK does not use advertising cookies or behavioural-marketing cookies. We do not sell user data or run cross-site tracking for advertising purposes. We use Google Analytics 4 and, when enabled, Microsoft Clarity for product measurement as described below. Advertising storage and advertising-personalisation signals remain denied.

How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies. In the current release, analytics storage is denied by default. We enable analytics storage only when the existing cookie_consent cookie contains the explicit value granted; a missing, expired, malformed, or denied value is treated as denied. An in-product Cookie Preference Center is not available in this release and is planned for a later release. Essential cookies cannot be rejected where they are strictly necessary to provide the Website's core services (such as logging in and processing payments).

You may use our Website when non-essential cookie storage is denied. You can also use your browser controls to block or delete cookies, or contact [email protected] about your privacy choices.

The specific types of first- and third-party cookies served through our Website, and the purposes they perform, are described below.

Essential website cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our Website and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas and authentication.

In addition, LOVSPARK stores the following non-cookie preferences in your browser's localStorage to remember settings locally. These are not transmitted to our servers as cookies, but are listed here for transparency:

Performance and security cookies (Cloudflare)

We use Cloudflare to deliver our Website securely and at performant speed. Cloudflare sets the following cookies to detect malicious traffic and to keep your connection stable.

Payment processing cookies (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process subscription payments on the Website. Stripe sets the following cookies for fraud prevention and to ensure a secure checkout experience. We do not receive your full card details — these stay with Stripe.

Product analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity)

We use Google Analytics 4 and, when its consent controls have been configured and enabled, Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors discover and use our Website. The resulting measurement is used to improve our product and content, not for advertising.

Analytics storage is denied by default. The cookies below are placed only when cookie_consent=granted. When analytics storage is denied, these services may still receive limited cookieless measurement requests, including consent state, page or event information, timestamp, user agent, and referrer. LOVSPARK does not persist UTM attribution or send a signed-in User-ID in this denied state.

Advertising and marketing cookies

We do not currently use any advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies on our Website. If this changes in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and request consent through an appropriate consent mechanism before any such cookies are placed.

What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. Do you serve targeted advertising?

No. LOVSPARK does not serve targeted advertising and does not allow third-party advertising networks to set cookies on our Website. We do not share your browsing behaviour with advertisers.

Although we use Google Analytics for product analytics, we have disabled Google's advertising-features integration (including remarketing audiences, advertising reporting features, and demographic/interest reports). The data we collect through Google Analytics is used only to improve our product, never to target ads.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please therefore revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
